Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the HR team in conducting orientation and onboarding processes for new employees
3. Help with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating databases
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees
5. Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement initiatives and events
6. Participate in HR meetings and contribute fresh ideas and insights
7. Support the HR team with any ad-hoc projects or tasks as needed
