About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Conduct the telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate the video interviews
Reschedule and coordinate interviews
Coordinate with the team members
Conduct the interviews on platform and on zoom
Follow Up with the candidates and panels
keeping a track of all the interview status on a daily basis on sheet

Requirements:

MBA in HR or related field or any Graduate
Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage
Strong ethics, multitasking, self-discipline, team player, and ability to manage deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge with MS Suite

Note:
1. This HR Internship is based out of the Bangalore location and it is onsite mode.
2. The internship is for 3 months (90 days) with a stipend based on your skills and interview performance.
3. Based on your internship performance you will be converted as a full-time employee with us after 3 months.
