The HR Intern plays a pivotal role in bolstering the HR department by undertaking various administrative tasks and aiding in HR processes. This position serves as a cornerstone for acquiring hands-on HR experience and bolstering the overall effectiveness of HR operations within the company.
The HR Intern will have ample opportunities to delve into diverse HR functions, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, training, and fostering positive employee relations, while also furnishing indispensable assistance to the HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Aid in recruitment endeavors, such as posting job listings, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting preliminary candidate assessments
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requisite documentation is completed in a timely manner
3. Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development initiatives
4. Engage in various HR administrative duties, including the upkeep of employee records and the maintenance of HR databases
5. Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures
6. Assist in fostering a positive work environment by organizing employee engagement activities
7. Conduct research and analysis on pertinent HR subjects and industry best practices.
8. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
9. Provide ongoing support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks and projects

Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
