Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
2. Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases with a high level of accuracy
4. Help with the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing emails and phone calls
6. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function
