Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
2. Help onboard new employees by assisting with new hire paperwork and orientation procedures.
3. Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records and generate reports for management.
4. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and events.
5. Assist with performance management processes by tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
