We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Intern s responsibilities include updating employee records, filing HR documents, accordingly, posting jobs, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
Ultimately, an outstanding HR Intern should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
What you will get to do:
Assist HR team in administrative HR activities and strive for excellence.
Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Maintain, schedule and coordinate calendar activities
Assist in posting job ads on careers and other social media platforms and store the received profiles.
Manage new employee joining formalities
Create reports for different stake holders in the company
Answer employees questions and provide requested information
What you will need to make an impact:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Good knowledge in MS Office
The ability to work as part of a team.
Good understanding of employee life cycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
