Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, sharing pre-work emails, scheduling facilitator demos, process offer letters as required.
2. Identifying the right talent, conducting screening calls, and briefing them about Thence.
3. Executing customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with sources, coordinators, and hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
4. Gaining a strong understanding in learning the team's requirements and being the organization's representative to the candidates.
5. Finding and engaging unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our schedules as needed.
6. Conveying the job description and role expectations clearly to the candidates.
7. Meeting weekly/monthly Talent Acquisition targets while working independently and ensuring deliverables are achieved in the shortest time possible.
8. Maintaining reports for tracking intake across roles and ensuring that the data is always up to date.
9. Shortlisting, validating, and assessing candidates for various team requirements.
10. Coordinate the candidate-company communication throughout the hiring journey.
11. Presenting Thence to the best of its standard with the candidates.
12. Ensuring that the hiring managers have a solid interview pipeline with the right candidates.

1
