Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and develop an interactive HR Dashboard that visualizes essential HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance.
2. Implement data collection mechanisms to ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data for reporting purposes.
3. Analyze current reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
4. Create standardized HR reports for different stakeholders, ensuring relevance and clarity of information.
5. Provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the HR Dashboard.
