As a Human Resources intern at Diio Rewards, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and training and development. Your English proficiency both written and spoken, as well as your skills in MS-Excel and MS-Office, will be essential in helping you excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions
3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
4. Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing team-building events and handling employee inquiries
5. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS Office to analyze HR metrics and trends
6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes
7. Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the overall employee experience at Diio Rewards

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per per joining).
