About the internship
Are you an HR enthusiast looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment? Secure Network Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a talented HR intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and advanced MS Excel skills to join our dynamic team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
6. Manage the HR calendar and related HR day-to-day operations.
