Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Recruitment support: Assist in sourcing candidates for various roles, coordinating interviews, and helping manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll gain hands-on experience in finding the right talent for the Weboin team.
2. Onboarding: Help new hires get acclimated to the company by assisting with onboarding processes, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from day one.
3. Employee engagement: Participate in organizing team events and initiatives that enhance workplace culture, helping Weboin remain a fun and engaging place to work.
4. HR administration: Handle administrative tasks such as updating employee records, preparing HR-related documents, and ensuring that processes run smoothly.
5. Learning and development: Assist in identifying training opportunities for employees and support in arranging workshops or learning sessions to foster professional growth within the team.
