Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Keep a tab on the pulse of the people by leveraging various sources (HealthCheck, pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc.) and drive effective programs that continue to improve engagement and the people's experience
2. Advise key stakeholders on ways to reinforce and strengthen culture, community, and engagement
3. Participate in and support recognition programs and communications
4. Support in creating and analyzing HR metrics
5. Drive compelling employee engagement initiatives regularly and build powerful connections with the employees
6. Liaise across HR teams to support stakeholders
