1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
2. Maintain and update HRIS databases and ensure data accuracy
3. Assist in drafting and editing HR policies, procedures, and employee communications
4. Conduct research on HR best practices and present findings to HR team
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events and activities
6. Prepare reports and presentations using MS-Excel to track HR metrics and KPIs
