We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Intern to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, supporting various HR functions and initiatives.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Managing employee records and updating HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
4. Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs and events.
5. Participating in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
7. Contributing to special HR projects as needed to support the overall goals of the department.

4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
6. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
