Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruiting processes by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
2. Compile and analyze HR data using Excel to support informed decision-making.
3. Prepare engaging presentations using MS-PowerPoint for training and development programs.
4. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
5. Maintain and update HRIS databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
