About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability
3. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct the first round of interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
5. Document interview feedback and communicate results to the HR team
6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
7. Conduct research on best practices and provide recommendations for policy improvements
8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and update training materials
9. Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees
10. Support the HR team in managing employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
11. Assist with payroll-related queries and provide necessary support to employees

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Strong interest in human resources and eagerness to learn about HR functions

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

7. Prior experience in HR or related internships is a plus but not required
