Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Assist in managing employee relations by addressing questions and concerns from employees.
4. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
6. Support HR team with data analysis and reporting using MS-Excel.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes.
