Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Documentation
1. Document new induction batch
2. Work on AEP-Airport Entry Pass process
3. Process name badges and ID cards
4. Prepare pre-examination examination medical letters
5. Coordinate for AVSEC training

II. Recruitment and Talent acquisition
1. Support the talent acquisition team in hiring.
2. Source candidates through job posting, referrals, and Naukri
3. Conduct interviews and align interviews with retail and HOD
4. Focus on the readiness of new induction batch

III. Employee Engagement
1. Manage the birthday celebrations
2. Work on various employee connections
3. Plan company events or activities on occasions by management s approval

IV. Personnel Files and MIS
1. Maintain criminal verification tracker
2. Maintain expense tracker
