As a human resources (HR) intern at Dialmaz Exports, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of HR while contributing to the growth and success of our company. We are looking for a talented intern who possesses effective communication skills, recruitment know-how, English proficiency (spoken), and exceptional time management abilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention
3. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation
4. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
5. Foster positive employee relations by addressing queries and concerns, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management
6. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations
