Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates, employees, and team members
3. Accuracy is crucial in maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and managing data
4. The HR field can involve various tasks and situations, so being adaptable and flexible is valuable
