Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Filling positions within a company
2. Establishing a personal network of qualified applicants
3. Calling and scheduling the meeting with the manager
4. Assisting the company in creating a recruitment strategy
5. Sourcing potential candidates from various online networks
6. Continuing to actively search all social media networks, job boards, and online job boards for suitable applicants to fill available roles

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical and organizational skills
2. Strong oral and written communication skills
3. Understanding of referral programs
