About the internship
BIBA is a prominent fashion retailer specializing in ethnic and contemporary women's wear. Established in India, BIBA has built a reputation for offering a wide range of stylish, high-quality garments that blend traditional and modern designs. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial employee setup.
3. Employee records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance data.
4. Training coordination: Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, and tracking employee progress.
5. Employee engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by helping to plan and execute related activities.
