We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, within the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to our HR team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2. Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial employee setup.
3. Employee records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance data.
4. Employee engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives by helping to plan and execute internal events and surveys.
5. HR Aadministration: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing HR reports.
6. General support: Provide day-to-day support to HR staff and assist with various HR projects as needed.
