Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Determine selection criteria
3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
7. Lead employer branding initiatives
8. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Requirements:

1. Preferred experience as a recruiter or similar role
2. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and more (preferred)
3. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn (preferred)
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (preferred)
5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
7. People-oriented and results-driven approach
8. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
