Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
2. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
3. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome kits for new hires.
5. Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies and culture.
6. Assist in organizing team-building activities and events.
7. Help gather feedback from employees to improve workplace culture.
8. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
9. Assist with data entry and documentation for HR processes.
10. Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
11. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
12. Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
13. Prepare reports on various HR metrics as needed.
14. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
15. Assist with ad hoc HR projects and tasks as required.
