We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Recruitment support:
1. Assisting in posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
2. Screening resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
3. Participating in initial candidate interviews and assessments.
(b) Onboarding:
1. Assisting in the preparation of onboarding materials and orientation programs.
2. Ensuring new hires complete necessary paperwork and training modules.
(c) Employee engagement:
1. Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
2. Gathering feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
(d) Administrative support:
1. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
2. Assisting in preparing HR reports and presentations.
3. Handling general HR inquiries and providing support as needed.
(e) Learning and development:
1. Assisting in organizing training sessions and workshops.
2. Tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.
