Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the HR manager in the recruitment process
2. Working on Naukri portal
3. Enabling candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, negotiation process and eventually onboarding in the HR system -Darwin Box
4. Maintaining HRMIS
