About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
3. Onboarding new employees and facilitating orientation programs.
4. Collaborate with the team to prepare reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
5. Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Suite tools.
6. Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and personal information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Provide general administrative support, such as answering calls, responding to emails, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
8. Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
9. Basic knowledge on Payroll.
