Human Resources (HR) Internship

Job Responsibilities

- Support the company's operations through your expertise in human resources.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of turnover rates, employee engagement surveys, performance evaluations, and other HR-related data points.
- Partner with HR business partners and department heads to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address challenges and optimize HR processes.
- Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and data management to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with relevant regulations.
