Human Resources (HR) Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
2. Collaborate with managers to identify employment engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for management review.
4. Support HR team with various administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
5. Communicate effectively with employees and external stakeholders, showcasing strong English proficiency both spoken and written.
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures.
7. Contribute fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the overall HR function at our company.
