Daily Responsibilities:
1) Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate interviews.
2) Handling employee documentation, such as contracts, offer letters,
3) Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings etc.
4) Assisting in communication of HR policies and procedures via powerpoint.
5) Assisting in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as events, workshops, and training sessions.
