About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
2. Assist in document management, filing, and scanning.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and training sessions.
4. Maintain recruitment metrics and reports.
5. Assist in planning and executing employee events and activities.
6. Support internal communications, such as company announcements and newsletters.
7. Assist in HR data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
8. Work on the maintenance of contractual employees' attendance and agreements.
