Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Oct'24 and 19th Nov'24
3. are available for duration of 1 month
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Eagerness to work in a start-up environment
2. A degree in Human Resources or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR manager or other HR executive role
3. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Knowledge of HR best practices
5. Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Must have a fair knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1250 per successful hire).
