As an HR Intern at Indian PAC Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With your knowledge of HRIS, effective communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and data analysis abilities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various functions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Own, drive, advise, and support line managers through the annual HR processes around performance, promotions, bonuses, annual pay, potential assessment, and succession planning
2. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
3. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
6. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
7. Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
8. Manage end-to-end employee life cycle
9. Work on HR initiatives
