Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening candidates
2. Coordinating interviews and assessments
3. Maintaining candidate databases and records
4. Providing excellent candidate experience
5. Learning and implementing recruitment best practices
Requirements:
1. 2024 MBA HR pass-out
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong aptitude and reasoning skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Willingness to learn and grow
6. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
