As an HR intern at Algo MasterCraft Company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and enhance your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and organizing new hire orientation
2. Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS Excel
3. Support the HR team in employee relations activities, such as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
4. Help coordinate training and development programs for employees
5. Participate in HR meetings and take minutes as needed
6. Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
