As a Human Resources intern at Rojgar Bandhu Skilled Manpower Solutions LLP, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of HR while utilizing your skills in English proficiency, negotiation, problem-solving, and effective communication. With a strong foundation in HR analytics, HRIS, MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various projects and initiatives.
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and preparing documentation.
3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
4. Contribute to employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and performance management.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs for employees.
6. Support HR team in conducting research and analysis to improve HR processes and procedures.
7. Assist in general administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the overall HR function.
