Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes: Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions
2. Coordinate with candidates for scheduling interviews and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process
3. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals and social media platforms
4. Onboarding and documentation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and assisting in orientation sessions
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
6. Employee engagement: Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture
7. Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback for continuous improvement
8. HR administrative tasks: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing documents, data entry, and maintaining HR databases
9. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations as required
10. Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the HR domain
11. Take initiative to learn about various HR functions and contribute ideas for process improvement
