We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic environment, assisting in recruiting top talent to meet the company's hiring needs. You will be guided by senior team members as you build experience in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offer processes.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
3. Work closely with senior team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
5. Help build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking with potential candidates and tracking applications.
6. Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and professionally throughout the recruitment process.
7. Keep up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to contribute to the talent acquisition strategy.
