Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion and orientation assistance
3. Help maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
4. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events
5. Contribute to HR projects, such as policy development, employee surveys, and performance management
6. Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
7. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices through research and learning opportunities

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6. Eagerness to learn and take initiative
6. Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus
