About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job openings and conducting initial candidate screenings.
2. Support the HR team with employee relations activities, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Organize and coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
5. Draft HR policies and procedures, and update employee handbooks.
6. Help organize employee engagement activities and events to boost morale and team spirit.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR processes and practices.
