Are you a highly organized individual who is looking to gain HR experience in a challenging environment? Aaptatt is seeking an HR intern who is proficient in English (spoken and written), MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the HR team, responsible for a range of tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews. You will be part of a dynamic team while working with the latest technology to ensure the company s HR processes are running smoothly.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with performance review processes
2. Create job postings and track applicants in the recruitment process
3. Help with onboarding of new employees
4. Assist with data entry and analysis
5. Support the HR team with other duties as needed

2. can start the internship between 7th Apr'24 and 12th May'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Sohna and neighboring cities
