Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
2. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and organizing engagement activities.
4. Coordinate training sessions and workshops, tracking employee progress and feedback.
5. Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements in documentation and processes.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support departmental goals.
