Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support HR team with recruitment efforts such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
2. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records and documentation
3. Aid in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
4. Collaborate with team members on employee engagement initiatives and events
5. Utilize Google Analytics to track HR metrics and analyze data for decision-making
6. Create engaging content for internal HR communications and company newsletters
7. Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per joining).
