Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
2. Support the selection process by coordinating interviews and assessments.
3. Assist in the onboarding and joining process for new hires.
4. Participate in various HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
5. Coordinate training sessions and track employee training progress.
6. Maintain attendance records and address attendance-related issues.
7. Assist in payroll processing and documentation.
8. Support in incentive programs and tracking incentive disbursement.
9. Assist in managing PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) documentation and compliance.
10. Handle other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.
