About the internship

Role & responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and schedules, helping them feel welcomed and prepared for success from day one.
3. Maintain employee records and databases using our HRMS portal, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
4. Aid in the development of training materials and presentations, and assist in tracking employee training progress to promote continuous learning and development.
5. Provide support to HR team members on various projects as needed, contributing your unique insights and ideas to drive initiatives forward.
6. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends, helping to inform decision-making and enhance our HR strategies.
7. Assist in the implementation of new HR initiatives or programs, playing a key role in fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
8. Contribute to the creation of engaging HR-related content for our company website or intranet, showcasing our employer brand and enhancing internal communication.
9. Help with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the HR department.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, or recognition programs, to promote a culture of positivity and collaboration.
