About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards, professional networks), employee referrals, and other creative methods
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
5. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the organization
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation of candidate and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
