About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
2. Supporting the HR team in various HR activities, such as employee engagement, performance management, and training
3. Assisting in organizing company events and employee welfare programs
4. Researching HR best practices and assisting in implementing new initiatives
5. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
