1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team with employee relations initiatives, including conducting surveys and organizing team-building activities.
3. Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employment status.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops for staff development.
5. Support HR team in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
6. Help with performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and providing administrative support.
7. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed.
