Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the recruiting team by ensuring that all the duties required are performed timeously and correctly
2. Posting job ads
3. Conducting the preliminary round of interviews and sharing evaluation with the hiring manager
4. Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
5. Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
6. Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
7. Organizing or conducting reference checks
8. Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
9. Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
10. Coordinating new hire orientations
11. Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities
12. Benchmarking and data collection for updating policies as needed
